BORN 1905 • DIED—

Prof. Cowles‘ daughter, Ewa, lived with her father in Arkham. She was a student at Miskatonic University and sometimes helped her father with his work. While she was developing a growing sense of independence, Ewa viewed herself as her father’s protector since her mother’s death.

Ewa had decided to move out of her father’s home when she reached 21, accepting any out-of-town teaching job she could find.
